Many thanks to all who have already kindly donated food items to The Hub Food Bank.
Such donations mean that three days of emergency food can be provided to people in crisis due to reasons such as redundancy, illness,
debt problems or benefit sanctions, which result in unforeseen hardship and hunger.
Our Food Bank is currently in urgent need of the following items:
Tinned meat (corned beef, ham etc)
Tinned tuna
Tinned fruit
Plain rice
Fruit juice
Loo rolls
UHT milk
Sugar
Coffee
Potatoes
Donation boxes can be found in Co-op, Spar, Valley Medical Centre, Deepcar Surgery, The Hub Church, Christchurch, St John’s Church
Deepcar, The Christian Centre, Stocksbridge Children’s Centre, Green Moor Methodist Church.
