My business is life coaching and I am very keen to spread the word about it.

Whilst I coach in many areas, my niche is Weight loss Management.
The role of a Life coach is to support the client to achieve their goals, so to enable them to live the life they truly deserve. All clients are treated with the utmost respect and everything that is disclosed is done so in the strictest of confidence.
I am very passionate about supporting others to reach their goals in life. In my spare time I am a fundraiser for Weston Park Cancer Charity, I have been, for over 20 years and have raised in excess of £20,000.
I like to contribute to the community I live in.
