Bloor Homes have recently submitted plans for 399 new dwellings in Deepcar, on a site between Manchester Road and Station Road. The plans are with Sheffield City Council Planning Department and can be examined and commented on, by members of the public. The plans include a map of the planned site and a map which indicates a planned T-junction with Manchester Road, the only entrance/exit (for vehices) marked on the plans.
