Constitution states:
‘8.1 An Annual General Meeting shall be held once a year.’
‘7.1 The Group shall be managed by a Steering Committee which shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting.’
‘7.2 The Steering Committee shall retire with effect from the Annual General Meeting following their election, and shall be eligible for re-election at that Annual General Meeting.’

The Stocksbridge Art Society Annual General Meeting will include Speaker, Richard Ashby.

This meeting will be held on Tuesday 25 March at 7.30pm in Bolsterstone Village Hall.

Light refreshments will be served from 7.15pm and you are invited to come along to hear about the group’s activities over the past year, whilst meeting up with friends
for a chat over a drink and nibbles. Any suggestions you have about future events will be welcome.
