- Boxing with Glyn Rhodes and Sam Sheady at 1pm – Bowls Hall
- Karate 2pm – Bowls Hall
- Active Health Sheffield throughout day with ‘Smoothie Bike’ – Activity Room
- Squash/Racketball throughout the day
- Circus Skills with Green Top Circus throughout the day
- Table Tennis throughout the day
- Mobile Climbing Wall throughout the day outside
- Bowling throughout the day in the Bowls Hall
- Gym with Jo Hance and her volunteers throughout the day
Trampolining will be doing displays and FREE taster sessions between 1pm and 3.15pm. It will be first come, first served to book a place on the day.
- Display 1.00 – 1.15
- Session 1.15 – 1.45
- Display 1.45 – 2.00
- Session 2.00 – 2.30
- Display 2.30 – 2.45
- Session 2.45 – 3-15
Other things happening on the day include:
- Stalls and Refreshments in the Sports Hall
- Musical Entertainment in the Sports Hall
- New Orleans Strollers Jazz Band opening the show at 12noon
- Deepcar Brass Band 12.45pm
- High School Samba Band 2pm
- Silkstone School Orchestra 2.30pm
- A little more music there after
The musicians are also going to travel around the building over to the wet side to keep everyone in the festive spirit.
The wet side foyer will have Santas Grotto, Balloons and Inflatables, Face Painting, Colouring for the kids, Kids Bric a Brac Stall, Sweet Stall.
The downstairs café area and patio will have the Palace Café Guys serving hot food and Meg Jepson’s home made soup with musical accompaniment.
There are also 5000 raffle tickets to sell!
