Learn to play Racketball in Stocksbridge

Have you ever thought about learning how to play Racketball? Racketball is the UK’s fastest growing sport and is played on a squash court. In racketball players use a larger ball, which does not need warming up like in squash, and a shorter racket. The fact that the ball is bigger and more bouncy than a squash ball means that rallies last longer.

Sheffield U3A is starting a beginners Racketball group and will play at the newly refurbished squash courts at Stocksbridge Leisure Centre. So if you want some exercise and fun why not give Racketball a try? Stocksbridge U3A members are a friendly group of older people and play in the daytime (exact day and time to be decided).
